The casino has imposed a betting restriction on the player from Australia. The player was registered with the casino for four years. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I have been a member of GW Casino for the past 4 years and have had a number of successful large withdrawals. ( $1000 - $4500 AUD )


Recently I withdrew $500 AUD in winnings and was advised that after

this transaction I've had a Maximum Bet Limit of $0.30 cents placed

on my account.


The online consultants ( Numerous )from GW Casino just said that if I kept depositing CASH into the account my BET Limit would be

lifted in time.


What?? I've never come across this before.


Online Support also advised me that to email support@gwcasino.com, however ALL emails have bounced back to me after a few days as undelivered.


Why would I continue to play GW Casino when they have placed restrictions on my account. What's the point of depositing $AUD.


I'll never engage with GW Casino again.
