This is not about the amount in dispute, but about dubious methods that this casino uses and has often been criticized, only not with Guru. This casino is absolutely not recommendable because documents are not verified in full, which means that if you win, the payout would not be made. I have now received the rejection of the documents almost 40 times. There was no BONUS despite an email and a code, so I reclaimed my deposit of $ 25.00, so I requested a withdrawal and then I will cancel this casino immediately. These are little gods who literally harass you with the documents. Even worse, every other casino without exception will NOT pay out if this CASINO reaches $ 20.00 !!! they pay from 75.00, even if you haven't taken a bonus! Noch schlimmer , jedes andere Casino ohne Ausnahme macht eine Auszahlung bei Erreichen von 20,00 $DIESES CASINO NICHT!!! die zahlen ab 75,00 aus, auch wenn man keinen Bonus genommen hat! Die verpflichten mich den Betrag von 25,00 $ 3 mal umzusetzen, ansonsten zahlen die nicht aus! Eine unglaubliche Frechheit ist das! As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Have you been advised what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? How many days ago you’ve requested a withdrawal and started the verification?
