The player from Canada is complaining about lengthy verification process. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I have made hundreds of attempts to contact the support at this casino.
I deposited my own money, wagered more than could be required, I’f there is one. I do not use bonuses.
I have used this casino before in the past, all documents verified from the beginning about at least a year ago. New documents have not been looked at, withdraws have been rejected over and over again since March 27th. That is approximately 17 days. No explanation, no email response. Nothing.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account?

As stated in my previous post there has been absolutely no communication. My account has been verified in the past. And it has been three weeks at least 15 working days waiting. withdraws are constantly rejected with no emails or comments.
i have sent 100s of emails through there chat (which is just a message form) and I have attempted direct email with a inbox full reply
there are numerous complaints on casino guru site that are having the same issue so is there something going on with this casino will I ever get my winnings?
I just wanted to provide an update. Finally after 3 plus weeks there was a live chat option in the Casino and I was able to talk to someone. My issue is still not 100% resolved but at least being able to speak to someone has made it seem like maybe something will get accomplished.
they asked me specifically for a selfie with my ID I have provided. And I am now waiting for verification to be finished. so I can withdraw my 2000$ winnings. I will post back once it is completed.
