The only communication he had received from the casino were auto-generated emails. The issue had begun on 18/11/2023 and the player had not made any successful withdrawals prior to this incident. However, the issue had been resolved when the player received his payment, the block on his account had been lifted, and his funds had been made playable again. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

My withdrawal is still pending status and I have funds in my acct, which I cannot access, as all games are disabled.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

this issue has been going on since

18/11/2023 19:25 , I know that’s not long, however the funds in my acct cannot be accessed and all games are barred

i have not had any withdrawals

I have photos and emails should you request them
