The player from Portugal has tried to open account unsuccessfully, even if Portugal is not listed between restricted countries. The casino has the right to refuse to open a new account to any individual, therefore we rejected this complaint.
I can't create an account now my family complain I'm going to report this casino and say only propaganda

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. The casino has the full right to refuse a new player and I have checked terms and conditions and I found this:
"We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse to open an account to any individual."
