The casino says that they have received my information to verify my account, but that it can't be approved because my driver's license doesn't meet their criteria. I have re submitted my driver's license which is valid, four corners are showing, it's in color, signed on the front, and it's not blurry. I have contacted customer support and I hear the same thing over and over. They validated who I was when they accepted my deposit. If other casinos can accept my documents, they should be able to as well. Can you assist me? Thank you for your time.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Did they specify the exact reason of not accepting your driver's license? Is it possible to forward the same documents you did not the casino to nikolas.b@casino.guru?
