Gossip Slots customer service is horrible. While playing a game, I was awarded a free spin play, immediately the game posted a network error. Ultimately the spins nor credit from the spins showed up in my account.


After 3 emails and two phone calls one resulting in me being placed on hold for 32 minutes nothing was resolved. I simply keep getting shuffled to avoid what should be a very easy quick fix.
