I always play when my account is fully verified, I checked transactions and I see I was fully verified in May.


My winning is from real money not from bonus, I can send you all transactions deposits if you want.


Is very hard speak with Gorilla Wins, chat non stop close chat and is very rude. Also I send now maybe 30 emails, and I Have from Gorilla Wins maybe three answer like soon soon soon as possible but still nothing and nothing.

I requested withdraw in 29 august 11 am.


Also I need check but I had a lot proofs how casino robbed me in roullete when I playing, like I bet 20 pounds for winning number and gorilla wins pay me for one pounds , I had a lot proofs but I need check my virtual data O have still in cloud. I had screenshots what I bet and how much and how much pay me after, everywhere is I'd game. But first I want my withdraw and later we can discuss about scam on gorilla wins roullete.


So what now ? I need wait two weeks from my withdraw request?

Regarding the withdrawal - I would definitely recommend to wait only for now. Based on our experience, it take around 14 days for a withdrawal to be processed as it depends on multiple factors. Even if the withdrawal gets approved, it still has to be processed by both the casino's payment provider and your's as well.

If it would take longer than 14 days, please let me know so we can try to intervene.


Regarding the irregularities in Roulette - Can you please advise in which exact game did you experience this issue? Did you notice any mistakes in your game log (game history)? If yes, would it be possible to forward it to nikolas.b@casino.guru for further review?

Ok I will wait 14 days but my withdraw have the same status awaiting so is not approved still and later need change to completed.


Unfortunately few weeks ego I change phone, I thinking all screenshots will be in my cloud but no 😕

All live roullette on gorillas wins is like that, not every spin when you win but often.

Sometime when I put bet for 250 pounds and I had 20 pounds on winning number roullette back my bet like 250, not pay me winning and was nothing in history.

Sometimes when I had 20 pounds on winning number pay me for 11 pounds or 1 pounds what is robbed , when I checking history my all bets was change , I had screenshots what I bet and how much, secound which winning number and how much pay me , like I had 20 pounds on winning number so I win 720 pounds but roullette pay me 36 pounds only and my bet in history was changed.

Big scam I had a lot screenshots, I raport this to gorillas , always when I ask about my winning money tell me , we send you email, never send me.

On screenshots was I'd game , everything, screenshot before bet how much I put on number and after how much pay me ,and never back me my money also from this , together maybe 5000 pounds becouse was a lot times, and I put on bet sometime over 200 pounds.


I don't have ideal how I can to regain screenshots.
