Customer service said

We don't require your private data while you use 1 payment method for both deposits and withdrawals and don't violate any rules.


I just used the same method to withdraw 1000 and waited 24 hours and I haven't processed it.

I asked the customer service and said that it was below 500, and I tried to withdraw money below 500, but it was not possible.
