Hello Krasnet, 

We have just finished with the investigation. I apologize, but after a thorough review of all the evidence provided by the casino I have to reject this complaint. We received evidence from the casino confirming that you are linked with other players and game provider Evolution Gaming reported to them a spotted opposite betting case related to your account.  I'm afraid there is nothing we can do in this case.

If you disagree with our decision I suggest you to turn to the Curacao gaming authority and submit a complaint with them: complaints@gaminglicences.com. Do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino. Thank you for understanding.
