We have just finished with the investigation. I apologize, but after a thorough review of all the evidence provided by the casino I have to reject this complaint. We received evidence from the casino confirming that you are linked with other players and game provider Evolution Gaming reported to them a spotted opposite betting case related to your account. I'm afraid there is nothing we can do in this case.
