I'm a new customer and I just want to say as a first impression I'm very disappointed with this casino.


1st you advertise the G1 promo code which includes a 100% deposit bonus and 100 free spins. I made a deposit inactivated G1 nothing happened before playing I asked Amanda to fix this, she had no idea what the promo code is I sent her a screen shots so she can be knowledgeable about the products and services you are offering she said she will contact support and fix it nothing happened.


2nd after being tired of waiting I tried crazy time, it didn't work because my deposit wasn't in euro it was in Bitcoin but for some reason I can't place an bet in AUD which doesn't make sense as I didn't deposit AUD i deposited Bitcoin


3rd I tried some random slot as the slots I wanted to apply are not working or out of my jurisdiction I won 100$. I contacted Amanda to ask her when I'm getting the 100% she was clueless


4th I tried to withdraw my deposit as I was sick and tired of waiting for Amanda as she had no idea what I'm talking about but my withdraw was rejected. I received an email saying I need to wager 3 times my money even though there was no bonus which is just wrong. never the less I wagered it and processed the withdraw which is advertised as instant. I waited 1 hour, nothing happened. I contacted Amanda and she said there's nothing she can do.


As a new customer this is just a horrible experience, I'm extremely dissapointed. I really don't enjoy being deceived.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Where did you find the promo code you talk about? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

To clarify a few other concerns: wagering deposit is an AML policy which is completely fair and the casino has the right to do it. Also the whole verification and first withdrawal process takes up to 14 days.
