Hi, here we are in front of another casino that you should stay away from. I entered a withdrawal request of €5000 on April 8th.
The game account had already been verified.
No use of bonuses.
Via chat, I was guaranteed that the maximum time frame for payment of withdrawals was 48h and instead, 10 days later, the withdrawal is still pending. I get no response via email while in live chat they continue to give useless and vague answers.

Via chat mi era stato garantito che la tempistica massima prevista per il pagamento dei prelievi era di 48h e invece a distanza di ormai 10 giorni il prelievo è ancora in sospeso. Via mail non ottengo alcuna risposta mentre in chat live continuano a dare risposte inutili e vaghe.

Did you invent this 14 day rule to wait? Any serious casino pays out within 3-4 days at the latest. Chat support assured me that withdrawals, once entered, would be paid within 24 hours.
So I decided to file a complaint with the CEG.

Quindi ho deciso di inviare un reclamo alla CEG.
