I have had a few withdrawls with this company and they went through. However, now they are not honouring their withdrawls I have had £4500 pending for over 30 days. I have another £11300 in my account that I cant touch as they only allow one withdrawl at a time.


It is causing me alot of stress and there is no reason why in my mind why this is happening as the withdrawl is to the same account as always

  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?

Yes fully verified. Used real money. I speak to the casino every day and send emails and nothing.


They have actually withdrawn money back into my account before. So there should be no issue.

Also did raise to CEG aswell stating that there is a company using a licence or stating there is a licence that is not true.


They didnt care and just kept saying they are not on the list.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for GoldenLion.bet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from GoldenLion.bet Casino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
