I am now waiting 17 days for my winnings I stupidly am relying on them for a holiday payment.

I have had withdrawals in the past for smaller amounts and have issues with waiting a week but eventually paid.

This is too long I message live chat every day with same response.

Also 30 plus emails to support no response

Hi,

I am fully verified vip player for over a year.

I have had prior withdrawals that have taken a week sometimes.

They just keep saying its withing timeframe 7-21 days.

No response to emails I am relyimg on it as didnt think it would be an issue with me receiving prior winnings although this is for larger amount.

I did have active bonus but wagered more than the requirement.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.
