The player from the United Kingdom had complained about not receiving his withdrawal request from the GoldenLion online casino since December 8th, 2023. Despite reaching out, he had only been receiving generic responses from the casino's customer support. Despite our efforts to understand the situation by asking him several questions about his withdrawal history, KYC verification status, and whether his winnings were accumulated with an active bonus, the player had failed to respond. As a result, we were unable to investigate further, leading us to reject the complaint.

I’ve come to terms that I won’t be receiving my withdrawal from goldenlion. I’ve been waiting since December 8th 2023.
