The player from the United Kingdom had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hadn’t been received yet. We had informed the player that it was normal for withdrawals to take some time due to processing or possible KYC verification. We had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. However, the player failed to respond to our subsequent messages and inquiries, thus we were unable to continue the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

Hi,

I withdrew £270 on the 17/09. My account said "success" and the money should be withdrawn into my account via SEPA payment. Usually this takes a few hours as I’ve withdrawn lots with this casino. 4 days on and I still haven’t received my withdrawal. The casino continues to say they’ve escalated it to the relevant department but still nothing happens. I’ve received no updates. My bank additionally has confirmed there is no trace of transfer

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
