The player from Argentina had her account blocked without further explanation. The remaining active balance is still held by the casino. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I wanted to withdraw the 5500 and they wouldn't let me making an excuse then some cancelled my account I think. Also I think there are scammers making out they are the customer support . It feels like I have scammers all over my casino and email accounts. But golden pokies should give me back my 5500.
