The player from U.S. is dissatisfied with the casino’s RTP (Return to Player). The complaint was rejected as the player did not respond or provide any additional evidence.
I claimed a promo OF 750% last evening around six 6:30 p.m. E.S.T. I started to play immediately. I did take a few breaks throughout the night. I was at one point up almost to $2000.00. And then the switch was flipped. I went from around $1700.00 (when I started getting really concerned) to $4.82 this a.m. when I played. I'm a realist and I know the risks of gambling. I DO NOT expect to win every hand. However when your betting $10.00 or less (majority of the time was $3-5) and you lose all your earnings that quick, It makes one suspicious of the integrity/fairness of the casino. Especially at the rate I lost my a$$. No one is going to convince me otherwise. I went from winning upward of hundreds a spin at one point even winning $800.00 a spin, to litterally just under $5.00, in the time it took the wheels to spin. Bottom line I was robbed right before my eyes and there wasn't a damn thing I could do. This is unacceptable and needs reviewed. No wait im going to call it what it is....this is BULL$HIT!!!!!!
Dear peckderek22,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. Also the games are not controlled by the casino itself, but by the game provider I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP): https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance.
If you have more information that would help our case, please forward it to me. Unfortunately, at this time, if we don’t have any evidence proving that something unfair is going on, there is nothing we can do. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else, I could do for you regarding your complaint.
Best regards,
Nick
