I bet big and won on playtech game and gobet88 tel me will release the payment withing 24hours because it's a big sum amount but unfortunately they keep on tel me same reason until now without release the amount of 197k. If cannot afford to pay they should close the website but my personal experience they pay until 50k

My withdrawal is approved and they said will banking next day morning. Amount from my account which is on playtech is successfully withdrawal but the amount is not in in my account. For your information I have all the proof that gobet88 text me until now. But until now never banking to me.. u have enough patience wait for them it's not 1 day 2 days it's few months now waiting and everyday I text them for the updates and they failed to give me reason why they hold my withdrawal and only reason they provide is account is under verification and will update again. Not even one time until now they update by their own self.

Hi kubo , thanks to take my case and for your information latest updates by today they still maintain the same reason that ,

"Hello sir/madam, we are sorry to inform that your account and bet is still under verification status, please kindly wait for further information, thank you."

This is the only reply what I get from gobet88 via whatsapp +6019-2674128 malaysia phone number. Hope you can do something to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks and have a good day.

Okay noted on that , just want to update you as usuall I ask them yesterday what is the update for my withdrawal but for the first time they didn't reply for what I asked and they blocked me on whatsapp. Before this always they reply the same reason but now they block me.
