Goalbet Casino - Player’s bet was rejected.

I opened an account with Goalbet casino sometime on or around Feb 26, 2021. I made few deposits via with Goalbet via bank transfer via service provider Gigadat. And always when I deposited with Goalbet I played Live Casino. Table games roulette. So today, March 18, 2021 I used the same banking method to deposit $50 CAD, which is minimum they want deposit. I went to evolution gaming , lightening roulette , bet all the $50. I bet on number 18 but before the spin, my bets got rejected and 18 came. I could have won and could have went ahead and won more but I feel it was robbed. Funny thing is my balance is showing -$0.01. A negative amount instead of $50, if bets got rejected $50 should have been in tact. The support was horrible Horrible. Unprofessional. Support said when the relevant department have my money they will get back to me. This is ridiculous. Money is missing. And this is what I am getting from.support no explaining......

Kristina, this morning i noticed that the $50 was in my casino account with Goalbet. However, I am not satisfied with the level of live support I received from the Casino. This could be stupid of me to say, but my bet was rejected in lightening roulette and then funds vanished . I like playing roulette , and my favorite numbers were coming , and by vanishing my funds so that I cannot bet , smells something was shady. Again this could all be in my mind may be not reality. But this never happened before with any other provider I have casino account with. Never it has happened in the past. However I have disabled my account with this Goalbet . Will not put my money into this provider. Thanks for your help.
