The player from Canada has been accused of breaking the Bonus T&Cs by playing restricted games. Casino forfeited all winnings generated from the bonus play. This was in accordance with the casino's T&Cs, therefore we rejected this complaint.

played all the games that I thought were eligible to play.All games played were slots.I meet the wagering requirement and made a withdrawal in the amount of 3100 dollars.I was then told that I played a slot game that was not eligible to play with a bonus and therefore all my winnings woulf be forfeited.All other casinos I play at will tell me if I am going to embark on a game that is not allowed,and thats 99% of casino I play This 1 I guess is hoping you play such a game that way they never have to payout any winnings.I want all players to know what they are getting into when playing here and I strongly suggest you dont play here unless you are willing to lose all your money including your winnigs.I gave this casino a big fat 0

From my experience, many players are mistaking Go Wild Casino (https://www.gowild.com/) with GW Casino (https://www.gwcasino.com/).

yes the casino in question was (GoWild).As far as contact I was in contact and was told it was because of playing a slot game that did not adhere too the wagering requirement rules.Again I need to say if that is the case what stops the casino from using this excuse every time a player wins.I play many casinos and I need to say whenever I played a game that could affect the outcome of winnings I was flag by the casino and they let me know I could not play that game .Actually in 100% of the cases the game was restricted to the point where I could not log on.I am sure if I had lost money on this game they would not be looking at this matter in the same way.My belief is the casino is corrupt and they need to own up to it.Thank you in advance for looking into this matter.If you need more info I will do my best to provide it

I checked the Bonus Policy (https://www.gowild.com/en/terms-and-conditions), and I found a list of games which contribute to the wagering requirements. Additionally I found this term:

"10. In order to avoid bonus abuse by building balance while playing with pending Playthrough Requirements (wagering requirements) on 0% contribution games, all players should avoid playing 0% contribution games while having an active bonus. If players fail to comply with these terms, we reserve the right to void any winnings generated, should you play on any 0% contribution games before fulfilling the Playthrough Requirements (wagering requirements)."

I have to say, even if the list is quite long and it is time-consuming to check it, if the casino shares all the relevant information on their website, there is not much we can do, to support this case. A bonus is something like a gift from the casino and by accepting it you automatically agree to the rules attached in doing so.

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from playing restricted games or placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to play a restricted game, and, as a result, you breached the rule. 

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. so the bottom line here is what .The casino bears no responsibility to advise players that they may be doing something wrong.That means the casino can throw any number of games at you not tell you that these games cannot be played with pending bonuses,and then strip you of all winnings.Pretty convenient would you not say.The otis I guess is on the player to do his homework of reading countless pages of rules .The casino knows the player wont do this .To me this is exploiting players and makes them crooks and corrupt.Needless to say I will never deposit here again but I will keep posting my review of the casino.If I can get 1 person to change his mind about playing hereI will have done my job
