Hi there, I won 22.6 euro from a bonus code for 50 free spins with no deposit required.

The terms and conditions state that you can withdraw ten times the bonus amount. After meeting the bonus requirements, I had a balance of 226 euros after I completed the wagering. I fully verified my account and deposited minimum 10 euro and wagered it 1x. I meet all the conditions but my withdrawal was declined, and I was told to deposit 216 euros and wager it three times before I could withdraw my balance.
