The player from Ireland had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. The player was fully verified and had previously cashed out without any issues. After waiting for the stipulated 14 days, the player received part of his winnings but was still awaiting €320. The casino claimed that the player's bank had a cross-border transfer limit, which was disputed by the player. The player failed to respond to further queries from us, leading to the complaint being rejected.

Hi I have been trying to withdraw €700 since saturday 6th January. On the 13th January I emailed GG.bet and asked about the delay because its still saying in progress. They said I could cancel the withdrawals and try again. I have won another €120 since and withdrew this also say in progress. I have emailed them numerous times all week and all I'm getting is wait. I have tried to contact them on live chat and it's not working.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
