The player's struggle to verify as his documents are getting rejected. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I requested a payout of 250 EUR 3 days ago. GG.BET then asked me to send proof of address for verification. Of course I did this IMMEDIATELY! After the documents had been sent, I received a direct rejection saying that my documents were (allegedly) not legible... then I sent my documents again... 10 minutes later I received another direct rejection with the same hint ^^
The documents I sent to GG.BET are ALL in great quality and legible. Nevertheless, my documents are rejected again and again!
I've been fighting with GG for account verification for 3 days now!
Nobody can help me in the chat at GG.BET, because only English-speaking employees..
The contact number of GG.BET displayed on the website is INVALID !!
I'm pissed off that GG.BET only gives you standard texts as an answer and nobody wants to help me !!
I will fight for my money. However, I will NOT deposit ANY CENT more at GG.BET !!

Ich habe vor 3 Tagen eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 250,- EUR beauftragt. Daraufhin hat mich GG.BET darum gebeten, einen Adressnachweis für die Verifizierung zu senden. Dies hab ich natürlich SOFORT gemacht! Nach dem Versand der Unterlagen, habe ich direkt eine Ablehnung bekommen, mit dem Hinweis, dass meine Unterlagen (angeblich) nicht gut leserlich sind.. dann hab ich meine Unterlagen erneut versendet.. 10 Min. später kam direkt erneut eine Ablehnung mit dem selben Hinweis ^^
Die Unterlagen die ich an GG.BET gesendet habe, sind ALLE in super Qualität und gut leserlich. Trotzdem werden meine Unterlagen immer wieder abgelehnt!
Ich kämpfe nun seit 3 Tagen mit GG um die Kontoverifizierung !
Im Chat bei GG.BET kann mir keiner helfen, da nur englischsprachige Mitarbeiter..
