The player's deposit was not credited for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I paid €10 at GGbet several weeks ago via Astro pay via Visa card. To date, the money has not been credited to my account, let alone transferred back to my bank account. Every day I write to customer service and every day I get the same message from customer service that I should wait for a message from GGbet until they have decided what my money is. 2 months have passed since then
Ich habe vor mehreren Wochen bei GGbet 10 € über Astro pay via Visa Karte bezahlt. Bis heute wurde das Geld nicht auf meinem Konto gutgeschrieben geschweige auf mein Bankkonto zurück überwiesen. Jeden Tag schreibe ich den Kundenservice an und jeden Tag erhalte ich die selber nachricht vom Kundenservice das ich auf Nachricht von GGbet warten sollen bis darüber entschieden worden ist was mein Geld 2 Monate ist seitdem vergangen

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Still no money and still the same answer the finance department will contact you via email. It's been over 2 months since my deposit. I'm really angry about such behavior Money is confiscated but I get nothing brazen rip off
