I have surprised today morning when I still on bad from ggbet casino I’m not play there 2 months nearly ! But I get received money go out to wordofdogs arcades it’s will be taken out money from my bank account without any security code accept it’s been just taken out. Look on picture from bank account it was made 29.04.22 but it’s comes today morning 5.00 a clock when I still sleep on bed ! First question was how if that payment will be made 29.04.22 if I receive today 22.06.22 that’s means after 2 months they taken out without questions because they hold your bank card details ! The last question how you can play advance if it’s made 29.04 .22 but deducated on 22.06.22 it’s impossible first said if I will bee made payment then it will be ask my security code taken out money from my bank account and then it will shows my bank statement that balance is deducated from your balance and if it that’s it will bee automatically on your play account that money ! But it’s not ! The funny this casino hold card details because I will be paid on ggbet play account it’s goes right and it will deducated my balance on minute on my bank account it shows money goes out on minute ! But this time I suprised with ggbet how it’s possible I will be made 29.04.22 if I on self exclusive I cannot login in and that payment taken out today 22.06.22 looks funny after 2 months it’s just taken how and I have good results with ggbet never get problems but this like present from god comes down in the morning how it’s that possible !

Could you please advise when was the last time you logged into your casino account? Have you been playing in any other casino on the date of the charge being made? Is your GGBet account currently still active? If yes, please compare all you deposits in your account with the charges from your payment.

I don’t know it was 20.04.22 they don’t let me Login in because it’s self exclusive! You have to talk with customer service! I don’t know nothing , most interested is date 29.04.22 but taken out of bank is 21.06.22 how if its add that moment when you do purchases! file

Hello all,

Sorry you've faced issues.

We'd like to firmly confirm, that the Site does not use any Subscriptions, that could charge money automatically.

All the transactions (deposits) go thru 3DS, so there is no way to charge a customer without his/her permission.

On the other hand the notifications may be "late" and the end-user may receive them long after a successful transaction. It is sometimes possible.


Wish we could help more, but without any direct proofs of charging we are afraid we can't do anything else here...

ok ! You could see transactions on player account ! And you can see the player not received money in advance it’s not work like that in casino ! If you have deposit success then it’s goes in my bank statement and it’s goes right that day plus +~2 days not on 2 months . And I will receive the money automatic on player account ! I think the payment goes fails on my bank and I not received anything from ggbet but in your systems made mistake and charged me after 2 months ! Look when I will be made payment I will receive automatically money in account and it will take out from my bank automatically like reserved! Otherwise you can’t make deposit and you can’t play ! Look in my history then you can see! So basically it’s your system made mistake that’s all because you don’t agree with when players made deposit without money on bank his receive the money on account player advance ? I don’t think no money no game ! But not you take money after 2 months when I’m not play because I leave ggbet on self exclusive that time and you charge me after that ! Because payments on your system failed a lot time and from 3 times goes true on 1. I send you my statement and you can find out my profile on ggbet what’s problem if you are see yes it’s not be played that time then you have return money back if you see I will played that then it will be charged twice! It’s easy to find if you want if you care your clients if not then I call it’s stolen!

3DS works when I made deposit it’s goes my security 3dS it’s comes up I put pin code you get access payment some reason internet connect like doesn’t connect its fails on player account it’s fails ! Then goes payment system his trying again then you get access it’s goes right ! Still show fails on players then goes payment system his recognises it’s pass because you have 3DS security pass but not think his fail on players account ! It’s easy to find I give you my last 6 months statement from bank then you can open my players history payments and you can see and find out balance who will be made that’s time ! And you can see if the payment goes that date then on information you can see what’s time will be made all easy to search! It never goes up 2 months ! Your accountant need change sooner as possible! If you can’t get this thinks done then I not give you good reviews on other players then they have the same problems and you said sorry we can’t do nothing payments goes 3 DS security and that’s it ! Then ggbet get some sorry job done properly find out why? Who? What’s goes wrong because in your clients thousands on risk to will be charged next for nothing! Fails system and only what you can see it’s 3DS security! Find out ! I will waiting for money back! Need sorted this thinks out if not I will go look some advice for this thinks to be done ! Looking for true on gaming commission if you don’t have anything to said like 3DS security

they are not late notification because I spoke and open investigation on my bank for this transaction! And they said it will be taken out automatically without 3 DS security like it’s goes like charge for something and they said if they have bank card details then it’s simple charge without any client access ! Because on 3DS security goes straight on bank and it’s happen that time that date ! Then it will be see on your bank statement this case it will charge for ggbet client because you have my bank card details !

Can you please share some evidence that could at least point out, that the Casino charged this amount of money? We can guaranty, that this is the first case like that, no other similar complaints whatsoever, and with our amount of players there would have been thousands of complaints similar to yours.

It looks like you are accusing gg.bet totally for no reason.

We've spoken to the CFO, they confirmed, that there is definitely no way to charge a player without his/her confirmation.

Secondly, the descriptor, that is shown on your screen - does not have anything to do with gg.bet.

Thirdly - your last activity on the Site is dated back 07.05.2022 07:05:01 (UTC)

If the money had gotten deducted from your card, it would have appeared on your account balance, regardless whether the account is blocked or not. But you still have zero (0), the is transaction is dated 07.05.2022 06:21:32 (UTC).

We kindly suggest thinking over any other possible games/sites that you might have subscribed to. But we are 100% confident, that's not us, who charged you that amount.
