I processed 2 withdrawals last Sept 19, 2023. At first i thought its just a delay because they said it would not be more than 5 business days before I can get the money. So im all good, I waited until yesterday (7th day) of the transaction and I still ddnt get my withdrawal, i did everything they asked me to do, Did the KYC and I passed after how many tries, figured out that im all done. Now im contacting their CS, and theyre telling me that theres no more Estimated Time or any processing time since the Normal processing time is over, and the payment provider is STILL processing it. This means i need to wait with no exact time? Could be months? Years? So I can get my 149.98 usd withdrawal? This is my first time having this delay, so I figured I will ask for help here for enlightenment. Thanks a lot CG.

Yea, I got my withdrawal just minutes after I changed my payment method to cryptocurrency. I was trying to tell them to cancel my other withdrawal so I can make another one with the other payment menthod, but its not possible at the moment
