On 05/04/2023 at 02:00 am I made a withdrawal.
On May 5th, 2023 I also made a payment, which was even on my account on the same day.
The 250€ from 04.05. still have the status in process, why?!

Am 04.05.2023 habe ich um 02:00 Uhr nachts eine Auszahlung getätigt.
Am 05.05.2023 habe ich ebenfalls eine Auszahlung getätigt, die sogar am selben Tag auf meinem Konto war.
Die 250€ vom 04.05. haben weiterhin den Status in Bearbeitung, warum?!

Guys, you have to be more active and warn other players if possible. The payouts weeks ago went almost every hour and also arrived.

That can't be, who is the payment service provider delaying the payout like that - no info.
You need to be more active here. GGBet tries to cheat players out of their money.
You can see the transaction, I would ask you to contact GGBet, as I have no options here.
KYC has been completed for months and the money has always arrived without any problems. Here the money is simply withheld arbitrarily.
