GGBET has been delaying my withdrawals for over 2 weeks. And the only solution they provided me is to just wait or cancel and recreate requests. Like seriously? Ive recreated requests and already in progress for 3 days. I cannot afford to wait for another 14 days and still do not receive my money. Please help me and send in my withdrawals.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it was your first withdrawal in this casino? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hi Petronela, to answer you, no this is not my first withdrawal. I've been using GGBET this website for good 3 years. I can proudly say that their service in terms of withdrawals are always fast as I always receive my funds within a day or two. However, by this time, initially i have 5 withdrawal requests that cost around 1.3k USD that were in progress, they told me to contact them again if i did not receive my money within 14 days. And unsurprisingly i did not receive a cent of my money hence i contacted them. The solution they provided me is very not helpful and meaningless which are ask me to just wait or cancel requests and recreate requests again. For now, I recreated my requests again and by right they shouldn't let me wait any longer again as the payment is delayed for 14 days already but my new requests now are still in progress for some days.

It has already been 17 days from the date of the request creation, please stop wasting my time and keep delaying me payment anymore GGBET, best way for you to do now is just cancel the transaction from the payment provider and return me the balance, i will use another payment method which is relatively faster, there is definitely something wrong for your bank transfer payment provider, please stop wasting my precious time, the transaction is created at 17th April, and look at the date now, it's already May, this getting more and more nonsense at this point

It has been 21 days now, for real GGBET, i have lost all the patience i had on you, this is ridiculous, 3 freaking weeks my money can't be received yet can't be retrieved, wtf is going with your freaking bank transfer payment provider, this is just purely unacceptable, please get my money transfer to me immediately through bank transfer or return the balance so that i can use another payment method, please stop telling me nonsense to wait anytime longer, this is bulls**t, i have already waited u for 3 long weeks

Why are you not replying to help GGBET, what are you hiding from? It has been 22 days, stop being coward behind the screen and actually take action to fix the problem, stop running away from your responsibility, you chose to work with this payment provider and it's very clearly that they are having some kind of problems that causing this delay, the more i wait now is only showing how much more irresponsible and useless GGBET management can be, this is just purely unacceptable, you are creating more and more incovenience to me and wasting more and more of my time.

Hello

The request you mentioned was confirmed by us 5 minutes after its creation, but unfortunately it stuck on the side of the payment system.

As far as I see at the moment the request has been cancelled, the money has been returned to the balance, and you have already managed to withdraw the money on a new request.
