i made interac withdraw request on aug 2,2022, its 8,22,2022 i still have not received my payment, i have contacted their support, they are saying its being processes by the payment provider and said wait, they told me this last week and in their latest email, 2 weeks delay for a interac withdraw? i haven't received my withdraw and they keep saying its being processed and wait, all their other withdraw has been received except this, I took screenshot of transitions history and my bank statement if you want for proof.

this is on their terms and services they have 2 weeks to pay from what they say
