The player's unable to withdraw as his account got blocked due to security check. Casino didn't respond.
been playiong for years on getwin.com have cashed out in the 5 k range several tiomes now i have 15 1000$ withdralls pendingf and 2703 in account that they told me was routine security checks they wouldnt tell me nothing now my ip is temp banned i e mail every day the last response was 12 days ago the withdralls are working on a month now its total bullshit cause i win ik get fu*ked over like this

When was the last time the casino responded to you and what was it? Is your current balance made from real money or did you use any bonus? When was the last time you withdrew from the casino?
Note, that it is very common that do a security check in case of a higher win. Also e-mailing them every day will only make the process much slower as it also takes time to respond.

that was the 29th of january and no bonous never and security check they have done before but this time i must thve went over on withdrall limit cause when i went to put in the 16th 1000 dollar withdrall it told me my account has been dissabled then i got the security check e mail then 11 days later i got the mail up there so i tried to sign in and it says my account has been temperally banned ill send pictures to the email above this aint no joke its 15000$ in withdralls and 2703 in my account end of august was last sizeable withdrall 5000 it took 11 days to complete some of the withdralls in question were jan 13
oh also when i email the affilite partners email its not even a real adress and any phone number i found also not a real phone number

Unfortunately, this Casino is not licensed so if they'll not respond I'm afraid there is no one who you can contact.
We would like to ask the Getwin Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
