Hi Team,


I was trying to withdraw I was asked for a selfie and my id with words written I complied then I was asked for more and I complied now they locked my account and took away my access. This is very unfair. I wanted to be paid out as I deposited 9 ltc. They won’t even reply. First I was told it’s transferred to manually being done and then randomly got asked for all that which I complied too. Now they won’t reply it’s been 2 hours.

They told me and stated it takes 2-5 minutes for withdrawals and then because I won too much took way longer than that and replied 30 minutes late after I played again even though I tried to withdraw in the allotted time it’s supposed to take. They waited to see me play again so I would lose money this is a scam they locked my account twice in two days.

So you’re now profiling me for being from Canada? Every other withdrawal has been told to me to be 2-5 minutes. Even the other withdrawals I did do were literally 2-5 minutes, so why the big switch up? Now cultural profiling as well as all these issues, and you expect me to just be okay with it? Every other time the withdrawal was 2-5 minutes, but magically when I win a little extra it takes hours? I’m asking for a refund of the amount it shouldn’t be too hard to do for a casino of your size. Also I was blocked prior to any conversations I can send screenshots which I’ve attached one.
