The issue was resolved after the player highlighted that the withdrawals had been canceled without explanation. Following the complaint, the casino processed the payment, and the player confirmed that the problem was now solved. We marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Hello Dear Casino guru , i recently tried this casino Gamblegate casino and won 130 euro then i completed Full KYC verification and made withdrawal same way i made deposit via Crypto ( ETHERUM ETH) and since 14.08.2024 this casino is delaying everything by each day telling their payment department is looking into it , and each day they have the same promise that my payment will be processed , then in 20th of August i think they canceled my withdrawal for 30 euro and 100 euro , combined 130 together and asked me to make a new withdrawal in one payment , So I did it and now after 5 days i get notification that my withdrawal is canceled again by their side and without any explanation. Feels like poor and frauding casino.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
