The player from Kuwait had a negative experience with the casino when the cashback bonus he was promised wasn't granted to him. The player confirmed the issue was resolved.
They refused to give cash back by saying promotion expired. which I supposed to receive today 20% or 15% cash back they promised me to give me cash back
