I have problem with my withdrawal , 3 days after i submitted for withdrawal still no payment made yet . i deposited money and take no any bonus at all . theres no problem with my betting. im not violate any their rules . they say i need to send document for account verification and i already sent them 3 days ago . after i searching galactic wins on google . then i found the bad review about keeping the winning amount , is they legit or scam ? can someone help me .. they completely using the customer service as their wall . help me . Please
