Made a withdrawel last week. Did everything they asked of me and the friday that i was supposed to get my money they told me i never sent my documents after i got an email said its been verified. Found out 1 of your agents sent me a link to another casino which is nowhere near my problem. They need proper training. Then i sent everything and was told i would get my money "midweek" its the last day of payment for the week and still didn't get anything. Scam or legit?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No no no no!!!!! 3- 5 days yes. Longer than that hell no. This is the most dishonest platform i ever visited. You change rules as you go along. First you told me 3 days. Then 5 days now you talking about weeks? I made 2 deposits after the withdrawel and played without any bonusses. This is not fair at all. 1 STAR CASINO FOR REAL

Makimg a deposit takes you 1 minute and that system dont even care if your account is registered or not. As long as you get money in right. But as soon as you need to pay then you come up with all the rules you can think of in order not to pay a player. Why is my information correct when making a deposit but when making a withdrawel with the same correct information you come up with excuses.

Hello. Yes i did. Even though they deducted an additional R282,00 after they already took away the bonus money. But atleast they paid me. Thanks to you guys also for being there when someone needs a helping hand. You are much appreciated.
