The player from Finland had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout hadn't been received by that time. After he submitted his complaint, he confirmed that he had completed the KYC process and the casino had approved his withdrawal. The player had requested an extension of the complaint timer to 7 days. Later, he notified us that the casino had paid out his winnings. Consequently, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Casino have answered that payment team is checking withdrawal. The casino normal withdrawal settle is 3-5 working days. I haven't have problems their sister casino but galactic wins withdrawal takes more than expected so i make complaint here.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
