The player from South Africa is criticizing promotional offer and its rules. Unfortunately, all the funds have been played and lost. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

I made a deposit of R300. 00 I got free spins on one of their selected games. After the free spins, I played a different machine and won. When I tried to withdraw the funds, said I had to spend R30 000.00 before I was able to make a withdrawal. I confronted them and they said it was their policy. After a heated email discussion, I went back and then lost everything (coincidence..... Think not). Free coins without a deposit, lies. Free play without making a deposit, more lies. Withdraw your winnings, more lies. This company scams people out of their money through false advertising. Half the games don't work. It's pathetic. 1 star is an over rating

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem with lost funds. I have checked the general terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


"Significant Terms and Conditions

New players only

Minimum deposit of €20

Package is split in 3 deposit bonuses to a max of €1,500 + 180 bonus spins

Wagering bonus 40x bonus and deposit

Wagering bonus spins 25x"


Please understand that without completing the required bonus wagering you won't be able to withdraw your bonus winnings in any casino.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

Because I was told I would not be allowed to withdraw my R1000 winnings, I went back into the game and lost it all. Pointless in perusing playing at your dodgy casino. I requested that they keep all the winnings etc and just pay back the R300. 00 I baught in with, at the time my balance was over R1500, my request was denied. Half the games don't even work either. This is all a scam

If you haven't completed bonus wagering requirements you are not entitled to bonus winnings.
