The player from New Zealand has not received a free spin bonus due to unclear information in the bonus T&Cs. Since the term could be interpreted both ways and casinos are free to design they bonus conditions, we decided to reject this complaint.
I deposited $5 for 50 zero-wager spins on Luxor Gold and only had the 5$ deposited and no spins. This is the 1st deposit that I have made this month.
I did contact with the support team directly at the website. But instead of coming to a solution he abruptly ended the chat. He refused to give the 50 spins and was changing the wording of the promotions policy. It clearly states 1 per month. Not 1 every 30 days. Infact, nowhere does it state nor does it imply 1 every 30 days. The date it happened was the 2nd of March. 2 days into a new month. Had it stated 1 per every 30 days I would not have made the deposit in the first place.

Yes, I had claimed it last month. Yes my deposit has remained untouched since the 2nd of March, I had 51 cents on the account when I made the deposit. I always make sure to thoroughly read through the terms and conditions to insure I am not caught out by anything. I had no other bonuses active or even on my account at the time of the deposit. I hadn't made a deposit on the account since last month.

Although this situation is unfortunate and I understand your point of view, we must take into consideration that casinos have free hands when designing their bonuses and they can interpret the bonus conditions the way they prefer. Since this term is easy to understand both ways and it is not unfairly written, I am afraid that we cannot penalize the casino here. No casino is obliged to give you a bonus if you did not meet the necessary conditions. I can only recommend that you contact the casino's support to make sure you understand the bonus conditions correctly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
