i try signup in funclubcasino.com , they have promotion for new member get $300 with wagering 20x for withdraw. i try play and win a lot. try for chat with customer service how to withdraw. 

 

the problem customer service say indonesian is restriction country, why the first time i signup in funclubcasino.com not got message from system for indonesian IP or player is restriction for play ? 

 

i hope someone can help me for solve my problem..

Thank you for submitting your complaint. I am so sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. I have carefully checked the casino’s terms which state that some countries in Asia are prohibited, and, as far as I know, your country has formally banned online casinos from operating in your territory.

I admit it is not fair that casinos allow players from restricted countries to register, deposit and play. Good casinos block players from opening an account from restricted countries.
