Despite having a VIP level that allows for specific withdrawal limits, she continuously faces delays and insufficient responses from support regarding her withdrawals made on November 28, 29, and 30.

so I waited for my withdrawals to arrive for one month now. Because you are only allowed to withdraw certain amounts depending on the VIP lvl mine is currently vip lvl 2. This means that I can withdraw a max of 500€ and a total max of 3 withdrawals at the same time. So I had 3 withdrawals in line. I received my first withdrawal yesterday. The other 2 I’m still waiting it’s almost 4 weeks now and still waiting for the money. I choose bitcoin for withdrawal funny thing is they only send me 450€ instead of 500. Everytime I texted the support they always tell me that I need more patience and that send an email to their financial department. They always tell me everything is good with my withdrawal process. I’m sick of waiting. This casino is a scam rly. Can you guys help me ?
