Although I gave all my I'd documents and gave everything they needed they just coming up wit me x use after excuse as go why they could not process my withdrawal. The first one being that my card failed when they tried to make a payment to the same card that I had deposited with

Then I open a perfect money account and they said there was a problem with that. Then I gave a master card but still I could not get t hem to pay me. In the end I had no choice but to play off the 1200 that I had won and asked them to close my account as they seem to be dodgy and don't seem to have a licence???

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors such as geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.

Hi I have no balance as I felt there was no option but to spend it and close the account and when I did close the account they sent me a message to say i was banned. I feel that if they can't pay my winnings then they shouldn't have taken my money in the first place and they should refund me.
