The player from the United Kingdom had been prevented from withdrawing winnings of £5000 from the online casino. Despite being within his weekly withdrawal limit, the system indicated a pending withdrawal. The player alleged that the casino was involved in illegal gambling and had initiated fraud and chargeback investigations. However, since the player had lost his balance while playing, we couldn't assist him further. The player was solely responsible for his account, active balance, and all bets. Therefore, we had rejected the complaint due to the player's loss of winnings and lack of entitlement to a refund.

I foolishly chose to play this fake site.


I won a little, and was able to make a withdrawal.... then i won more 1000s.... I tried to withdraw £5000 but their system kept informing me that i couldn't withdraw, as I still had a pending withdrawal.... THIS WAS MERELY A STALLING TACTIC, SO THAT I WOULD PLAY THE MONEY.

NOTHING IN THEIR TERMS, STATES THAT YOU CANT HAVE MORE THAN ONE WITHDRAWAL AT ANY TIME.


IT WAS LESS THAN THEIR 7500 WEEKLY LIMIT.


AS SUCH I WOULD LIKE THEM TO REFUND ALL DEPOSITS, ALSO THEY ARE PROVIDING ILEGAL GAMBLING IN UK.


I HAVE INITIATED FRAUD AND CHARGEBACK PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THEM ALSO.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I would like to emphasize that we accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries or countries they do not have a license for to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. Simply said – if the casino allows players from such countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well. However, if the player personally chose to make deposits and lost, we believe they are not eligible for any refunds because they could lose their deposits in the same manner at any other casino.

Therefore, I would like to emphasize, that we investigate further and help only those players, whose funds or winnings have been confiscated due to being from a restricted country.

Could you please advise if you have any remaining balance or pending withdrawals at the moment?

Lastly, I must warn you that if you indeed issued chargebacks of your deposits that were voluntarily wagered, you most likely will be banned from playing in any online casino as this is considered a serious violation of terms and conditions, not to mention that you severely decreased chances to resolve this complaint.

Thank you for the reply. Firstly, I no longer have a balance, as I played the funds and lost * note that the game didn't show on my device, but I assume the casino will claim the server still played the game.


So I understand if you don't take the complaint.


To address your point regarding chargeback, I paid by bank transfer, so it's technically not chargeback, merely asked my bank to investigate in case of fraud and due to not receiving the service i expected.... notably the casino not working correctly in my country, the casino not allowing multiple withdrawals and ultimately party responsible for me losing (I am a long time gambler and have NEVER before asked bank to investigate transactions etc), but when a 'casino' behaves in this manner, it is natural to be wary.


Finally, if the casino is totally legitimate, then they have nothing to worry about an ongoing investigation.... if they are in fact criminal, then perhaps the may have to answer questions, for example if they are hiding the fact that they are a casino, by appearinh as a merchandiser etc on bank Codes.


Anyway, I would like their explanation.

Thank you for your quick reply, dsdmbear2. Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings, and we don't think you are entitled to a refund.
