The player from India requested a withdrawal of INR 15000 but has not received in his bank account. It has been 2 weeks since the withdrawal request. Player stopped responding to our question therefore the complaint was rejected.

I had withdrawn Rs 15000 and Rs 8000
Rs 8000 is come to my bank account but Rs 15000 is still not received.
I really have tried my best communicating with them everyday to follow up, on my withdrawal amount. They are saying it's with payment system and waiting for a reply from them.
Certainly it wil not take this long for any transaction to be done

Hello, Nagalakshmi! We received a response, the payment system informed us that the funds were credited to you, and a notification letter was also sent to you. If you do not agree and claim that the funds have not been received anyway, then you need to contact the chat with an account statement to which all transactions from July 9 to this day are displayed, so that specialists can see that the funds have not really been received.
