I have lost $4000 at fq8 since June. With my last deposit of $500, I finally hit a 3 day winning streak and ended up with winnings of $9359. I then requested for a withdrawal of $8000 but was told that their credit team is doing checks. After a few hours, I realised that my betting account is suspended altogether and asked them why but they have stopped replying since then. This was a week ago. I have been texting them daily to check on my withdrawal but they have been ignoring me altogether. I have tried to reach them on their website and telegram too but totally no reply at all. Today I realised they have blocked my What’s App altogether so my messages are not getting across now.

Hi Tomas,


I’m unable to log in to my account with the correct username and password. Upon keying in the log in details, and submitting, the screen just flashes and I remain on the log in screen. It does not prompt wrong password nor anything.


I accumulated my balance from sports betting. And I did not use any bonus. Also all log in to the account are done, only using my mobile phone.
