And it's not that i complain that i lose. I mean i played for more then `10 years online casino you win and lose some this is ridiclious. I just want a refund of my money or a part of it and fully stop with games from pragmatic play.

Hmm, I don't know if they'll address it if they haven't written you off yet. Maybe they're taking it exactly as you describe, that you lost on the slots and that's the end of it. I guess they would need some better evidence to give you a refund.

At least that's how I see it. 🤷‍♂️

I don't expect refund directly or right away but i mean come on the rate the say is 96% and i litterly show proof that i bought 54 bonuss rounds and lost 50 of them and the highest win is 13 euro. Sorry, but i don't get how you don't see that that is not fair. Like i said losing is part of the game but this is RIDICLIOUS. And like i said i already lost more then 5.000 euro before this. The casino's keep saying yeh you will win soon bla bla and then this happens.

Well, I personally wouldn't play any more and I wouldn't want to hear that I'll win soon, because what you've missed is not little. But it's gambling and whether we like it or not players can get into situations like this. If it were to continue like this, I probably wouldn't play or I would take a break because trying to win money back or get something back may end up hurting you in the end.

I played yesterday and i will quit but still don't accept with the 54 bonuss rounds in a row.

Yes, I understand that you are not in accord with that. It would probably have put me off a lot sooner and you have held out for quite a long time. That's why if you say you're probably going to quit, you cannot make a better decision. I'd say that if you don't play, you win in the end.

That's correct. I quit!

WTF is this man ! This game is SO RIGGED. It's now 2 weeks later and i started playing again AND AGAIN i lost more then 1.200 euro.

How is this legal! 1 full month played in 5 different casino's and SAME outcome everytime.

Lost in total more then 7.000 euro on this game and it NEVER pays!

Even if i would get the maximum win i would still have 2.000 euro loss!

Bought more then 250 bonus rounds and EASY that i lost 90% of my buys. I lost more then 7.000 euro and maximum payout i had is maybe 100 euro that's it. Also NEVER 1000x !

I see it's always about the same thing. Don't try your luck where it isn't I would say. As you can see, it hasn't changed for you over time, so it's not worth it to keep playing and losing money. I think so. I'd probably put a big end to that. 😕

But why do they never replied.

I send e-mail, put different complaineds on different sites.

I mean i got some much proof that they lied according there RTP. It's not that i expect my money but this is PURE SCAMMING. How do i file an official complained?

I don't know, maybe they take it to be part of gambling, so sometimes the player wins and sometimes he loses, and if someone complains mostly about this and it's the main problem, I imagine they just ignore it, because I suppose every gambler should realize the risks of gambling. But that's just what I believe they think.

As for complaining, I don't know where specifically you would want to complain. Can you tell me ?

There RTP is a fraud!

I litterly made screenshots of ALL my bets with this game in the last 3 weeks and EVERY TIME the same things happens. That is not an easy thing to just say it part of gambling. Their RTP rate is 96% .. even i would have the maximum its still not even close according to what i lost with al the bets i made.

AND AGAIN! Different day different casino SAME OUTCOME!

Bought more then 500 bonus rounds losst at lease 95% and the 5% are not even CLOSE compared what i lost. Besided that i played normal rounds more then 1000 rounds with 0 bonus. Come on how can you keeping saying this is gambling?

"Sorry for butting in, but I can't pass by. It seems to me that your ISP has noticed your activity and is simply pumping money out of you. They probably realized that you are trying to win back money, and the more you invest, the more they will take."

The average RTP value in a casino is 95-97% and higher, depending on the gaming software provider. The distance to get such a figure is about 100 thousand bets, and it is determined by the total number of bets in a particular game from the selected provider. In other words, you can make a large number of bets with a "zero" win, while another player, visiting a slot machine for the first time in his life, will hit the jackpot. It's a matter of chance.

I tried to win back just like you. It's useless. Only the game Gates Off Olympys. No return at all.

Yes, that is exactly what is happening for the last weeks and it should not work like that. I mean you see this history different casino's, same game same outcome everytime. That's why i want to file a complained that their RTP is fake as hell! I mean after losing so many weeks, rounds etc it should pay but like i mentioned even if i would get the maximum win i would still have more then 2.500 euro loss.
