Worst experience, rip off casino

I checked your complaints, and I found a pattern.

Do I assume correctly that you play in casinos that are not licensed in Austria and if you lose you sue them for returning the deposits?

Allow me to quote here:

"Unfortunately, in this case, we are not able to help you and you have no right for refund your deposits. I can only recommend you to do better research next time and play only in those casinos licensed by your country."

Honestly, would you sue the casino even if you won?

So please, what kind of question is that?

Winnings will be deducted from the lawsuit!

Casinos should know that they are not licensed in Austria, but they STILL offer their services illegally!

Hello marioara, I just think that Radka wanted to point out that if you won at the casino and they paid you the winnings, you probably wouldn't go back to them and return all winnings back to the casino with saying "I won this money, but you don't have Austrian license, so I don't want such money from you." or am I wrong? In my opinion 99% of players would accept those winnings.  

I don't want to defend the casino, but it must be noted that the casino does risk its operation in the given country, but from our point of view and according to the survey, it treats the players according to our ratings well with a very good reputation.
