Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (page 1,551)

Hi. Xpate still hasn't refunded me, so I've filed a chargeback with my bank. I'm now waiting for the outcome.

Unfortunately, I don't have any information about OPENTGH yet.

Walleto may say that they didn't process those payments, but that alone doesn't necessarily prove there was no connection. Payment chains can involve several parties, and the name shown on the statement isn't always the same as the processor behind the transaction.

That's why I'm trying to verify the information from other sources as well rather than relying only on Walleto's response.

You can try contacting TERFAST at sup@teronfast.io. Hopefully they respond and, if you're lucky, they may refund the transactions directly. I'd try this first before going through Xpate.

I came across GREDTVF as well. I don't have a verified email address for them, unfortunately. If you manage to find a contact, I'd definitely try the merchant directly first.

If that doesn't work, I would consider going through the chargeback process. If the transactions were processed by Xpate, based on my experience, getting a refund directly can take a long time.

I think I’ve managed to track down who this is. I’ve a complaint email in with them so will update on whether any good comes off it.

Really sweet of you to look out for everyone 🙂. Just to let you know with revolut they told me to raise it after I gave them all the information. So I think he’ll be fine as long as he’s been honest. They will unfortunately likely deny but it’s what they said to do in my situation as it’s the only dispute option for open banking payments.

Sorry guys can you please let me know the process you are going through to get the funds from merchants if they reject refund? and what you are telling banks to issue chargebacks?

It looks like the website is down now, and they're not responding to emails either. I'd try contacting Xpate directly and see if you can get anywhere with them.

If that doesn't work, the last option would probably be to file a chargeback through your bank rather than keep waiting.

Think I may have had my easiest one yet. Emailed Nexbric yesterday morning, refund showing in account this morning. It was only 1 transaction (they may route other merchants through them which I’m not aware of) but worth contacting if you have them as a descriptor.
