A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Nah, they never do, do they?

I had 28 disputes raised and won recently so think it’s down to that. But wasn’t via goods/ services not received as know that can cause issues.

As what do you put them down other than goods not received?

i’m scared to use fraud / theft , cus they can see i payed from my phone app / apple pay

You can’t use fraud, I think you’ll get done for that. I was on the chat with them the advisor raised it as misrepresentation of sale. I never raised one of them myself.

Would speak to your bank first before raising charges, do not put it down as fraud though mate.

Hello again. What did you say to them to make them refund? They keep telling me to email kryptonim instead.

Hi. TERFAST is processed by Xpate. In my case, I couldn't get a refund directly from the merchant, so I had to file a chargeback through my bank.

Hi. GLFI is processed by Walleto. I couldn't find any information about the merchant itself, but you could try contacting Walleto directly and asking them for a refund.

Hi. Any news on your refund from Xpate?

Also, have you ever come across a merchant called OPENTGH? I'm trying to find some information about them.

Hi. Thanks. Do you happen to have an email address or phone number for FREDTG so I can contact them directly? From my experience, contacting Xpate hasn't really got me anywhere, so I'd rather try reaching the merchant itself.

Hi, I have an email address for FASTVER - support@fastversi on.com, but they can take quite a while to respond. As far as I know, their payments seem to be processed through Xpate.

Hi. If GUHRTE is processed by Xpate, I guess it could take quite a while to get my money back. Do you happen to have any information about the merchant itself, such as an email address, website, or other contact details?

Hi. Thanks for the information about DEARWE being linked to Walleto. I know refunds through Walleto can take some time, so I'd prefer to contact DEARWE directly first. Does anyone have their email, website, or any other contact details?

Hello everyone. Does anyone have any information about

LINFERD or HERTAZ?

I am looking for a website, an email address, or other contact information.

As far as I know, the payments were processed through Xpate, but I would prefer to contact the providers directly first. I would be grateful for any information. Thank you!

Hello. I found an email address for DEARWE: support@gmdearwetron.com Unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet, so I'll probably have to contact Walleto to try and get a refund.

Hello. FASTVER is not responding to support@fastversion.com I only receive an automated reply stating that my request has been received and is being reviewed, but nothing happens after that. Therefore, I think it might be faster if I contact Xpate directly.

Any one had much luck with digital crypto pay or kryptonim?

kryptonim replied and stated I authorised the payment and all that bull. Yes authorised the payment to a casino, not for them to bypass through a crypto site to launder the money. I Also stated that a KYC etc would be needed for me to have a crypto account, ID etc which proves I never authorised them to carry out a crypto exchange and how it is against there T&C’s to exchange crypto for gambling purposes.

thanks.
