A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Thank you lovely, how long did it take for them to refund? I had an email from the casino asking why I asked for a refund after I got an email from them asking to give them 48 hours 🙈

I really need some help with Mirai, my bank Lloyds are being idiots and won’t let me chargeback to them

how much did you have from them, i literally have thousands and based on their 15 working days from the form submitted it is the 21st august. Really hoping i can get refunds from my lloyds transactions then I’ll go after my revolut ones. which there are even more. I’m really worried they won’t reply. Also what did you say to get them back exactly? I’ve been using Claude to help but feel he doesn’t have context of what actually works for these companies

same for me. revolut denied my cases after 2 months yesterday it’s all so draining. that dispute was for multiple thousands and they won’t raise chargebacks. The merchants are kryptonim, passpoint, Dsolpay and Swipez1

what evidence did you have to help dispute with revolut. they’ve declined all mine. winbeast continually denied closing my account for over a month in that time i lost over 5 grand. they’re so unethical it’s awful. how did you come to a settlement and are you not allowed to say what casino it was?

I explained it in a few posts above mate - I spoke to an advisor and they raised it for me under misinterpretation.

I didn’t raise them myself though.

thanks mate. could you help me with wording briefly on what you explained the transactions were for etc? and how you explained how the payment processors work

Can someone tell me what they wrote to ivypay to get refunds for kryptonim back? They keep telling to contact each other🙄 ive shown them evidence of other players receiving refunds from ivypay and yet they just lie to my fsce saying they dont issue refunds! Quantipay Ag also appeared on my spreadsheet of payments from kryptonim email. So clearly they are both processed by ivy.filefile

deus

Glfi is not processed through WalletTo, where did you get that information? I've made many payments to glfi and received a data report from WalletTo stating that they have not processed any payments for glfi.
